MASSAGE THERAPIES

All massage treatments include a heat pack and are offered in sixty and ninety-minute sessions.

Fusion Massage – 30 minutes
Suggested for specific areas of tension, stress or injury. Great for a tune-up for the scalp, neck, shoulders and low back or tired feet, legs, and hips.

Aniko Massage
A Swedish massage, which includes long, smooth strokes over the entire body. Suggested for your introduction to massage, or someone looking for a relaxation massage.

Deep Tissue Massage
Basic techniques of a Swedish massage, but with deeper more intense pressure. Great for someone with chronic tension, trigger points, and athletes.

Prenatal Massage
Reduces stress, decreases swelling in the arms and legs, and relieve aches and pains in the muscles and joints. Proper positioning ensures comfort and safety for the mother and baby.

Hot Stone Massage
Smooth, heated stones allow for the massage to penetrate deeper into the muscle and lengthen the benefits of receiving a massage. The heated stones help tight muscles release. Suggested for an enhanced relaxation response or to facilitate a deeper massage with less discomfort.

Aromatherapy Massage
Uses essential oils from plants to heal, alleviate pain and regulate your mood.

Myofascial Release Massage
A gentle form of sustained stretching that releases muscles from the fascia to help in the process of restoring the body's health. Fascia, also known as connective tissue, surrounds all muscles. Hardening and shortening of the fascia may cause painful symptoms; therefore myofascial techniques may assist in alleviating these fascial restrictions.

Swe-Thai Massage
The perfect marriage of Swedish massage and Thai massage. It is given on the table like Swedish using draping and oil, and all the soothing strokes of Swedish massage as well as the beneficial stretching and acupressure points of Thai massage. Traditional Thai massage is like a passive yoga session.

Reflexology – 25 minutes
Reflexology is a therapeutic method of relieving pain and promoting over all wellness by stimulating predefined pressure points on the feet and hands.

Craniosacral Massage – 45 minutes
Craniosacral massage is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the function of the Craniosacral system. Craniosacral benefits the body in a number of ways by its ability to bolster resistance to disease and alleviate a wide range of specific medical conditions; chronic back and neck pain, headache, tension, migraine, autism, chronic fatigue etc.
