Cell Phones & Pagers
Please turn off your cell phones and pagers. The Spa is an oasis of peace and quiet. For your convenience you may use the phone at the front desk.
Arrival
Your time with us is precious. Your treatments begin exactly at your appointment time. Please take full advantage of your visit by coming in 10 - 15 minutes before your appointment so you can change, enjoy our facility and relax in our beautiful relaxation
area. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment your appointment will
have to be rescheduled and if so, you will be charged a rescheduling service fee of 25%. If we are able to reduce the length of you appointment in order to accommodate other appointments you will be charged a full service rate for the treatment.
Gratuities
In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion and must be paid in cash. Aniko Salon & Spa recommends 20% gratuity.
Gift Certificates
Aniko Salon & Spa gift certificates expire one year from the date of issue. They are not redeemable for cash. Gratuity is not included. Not valid with any other promotion or discount.
Cancellation Policy
Credit Card information will be taken over the phone to hold your appointment. Please notify Aniko Salon & Spa (24) hours prior to your appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule. If we do not receive a call, you will be charged 50% of the full payment amount for the services not cancelled in the time allotted. For Spa Packages or Large Parties please provide (72) hour’s cancellation notice.
Holiday Appointments
You must pre-pay for the service prior to receiving the service. There will be no refunds
for appointments that are cancelled.
Payments
We accept all major credit cards and cash payments. Checks are not accepted. Tips MUST be paid in cash only. For your convenience there is an ATM located across the street in the Columbia College Lobby.
Lost or Stolen Items
Aniko Salon & Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items. For your convenience we provide lockers located in our Men’s and Women’s locker rooms.
Limited to one complimentary beverage per visit.
All prices & services are subject to change without notice. The fee is dependent on the Service Provider performing the service.
